I've been busy growing!

We took Chloe to her two month appointment on Tuesday February 2nd and she was 14 lbs 2 oz and 231/2 inches long. Our little chunk is in the 97th percentile for weight and the 92nd for height!
It has been a while since I have posted. Chloe has been very busy....
Going on a lunch date with her Mom and Dad
Playing on her activity mat
Getting to know her Uncle Stu

Visiting her Mimi who just had surgery (Chloe is on her activity mat on the floor- we are all staring at her)

She has also been trying on hats...

And spending time with her brother Benny;

He even supervised while she tested out her Bumbo seat.

Chloe has also been busy wiggling her toes (they look just like Brandon's!), showing off her belly and swinging in her swing.

We had one nice day without snow so we took Chloe for her first walk in the stroller;

She wasn't so sure about the stroller so for our next walk we tested out the Moby wrap. This went a little better but toting a baby and walking two dogs just isn't easy.

As you can see, Chloe has been very busy with her adventures and plans to experience many more new things! I go back to work after next week which saddens me but I hope to be able to keep up with this blog though I am sure it may be a challenge. I hope everyone has a great Valentine's Day weekend!
Bye-bye for now!

  1. Loxley practically lived in a moby wrap the first 6 months. It was pretty much the only way I could get anything accomplished in my day.

  2. This was amazing---truly a work of art Chaela! The world needs to see Chloe and her big adventures! What a chunkster---looks just like her Mom did and we were such proud parents then as now!

  3. Melinda, Chloe actually doesn't like it that much, I wish she did!

    Thanks Mom!

  4. Sorry about having to go back to work. Who is going to watch her? Also remember not to wear any eye make up, you are going to do lots of crying that first day. I did and I left her at our house with Neil's mom and grandmother watching her.

  5. We have a sitter for 3 of the days and my Mom is going to watch her the other two days. Thanks for the reminder not to wear eye make up, I almost cry just thinking about having to leave her
